Britt and Josh are the founders and leaders of The Valley Church.

Together, they’re raising three daughters alongside work and ministry. Josh is an electrician, and Britt is a primary school teacher—both bringing a grounded, practical approach to leading and serving.

Starting The Valley Church was never about building something big, but about building something meaningful. Their heart is to see people grow in their relationship with Jesus, find real connection with others, and feel supported in every season of life. They are committed to leading with integrity, humility, and a deep love for their local community, just as Jesus himself did.
